Procurement Officer

Job Purpose: To source, negotiate, and purchase steel and related materials at the best possible price and quality, ensuring timely availability for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Source and purchase raw materials (steel, TMT bars, allied items) at competitive rates.

● Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.

● Ensure timely delivery of all required materials.

● Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.

● Maintain accurate purchase records and supplier databases.

● Evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers for long-term partnerships.

● Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams for seamless operations.

● Stay updated on steel market trends, competitor pricing, and industry changes.

Job Role

● Act as the link between Company and suppliers.

● Ensure quality, timely, and cost-efficient procurement.

● Support sales and logistics teams by providing required materials without delays.

● Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.

● Contribute to cost savings, efficiency, and smooth operations through smart purchasing.

● Manage JustDial Sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
