Procurement Officer

• Handle end-to-end procurement process for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Identify reliable vendors and negotiate competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Source materials specific to fit-out and joinery projects (lighting, hardware, finishes, MEP items, etc.).
• Coordinate with project, design, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange for timely replenishments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE procurement laws and company quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience in procurement (fit-out/joinery industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE market suppliers and pricing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (Odoo/SAP/or similar).
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
