Procurement Officer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Officer with 4–6 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost-efficiency, and compliance with quality standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
• Evaluate and qualify vendors and suppliers based on price, quality, support, capacity, and reliability.
• Review and process purchase requisitions in accordance with project requirements and budget constraints.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to understand material requirements and ensure accurate procurement planning.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and construction regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best terms and minimize supply chain risks.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement budgets and forecasts.
• Labour arrangment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
