Procurement Officer

Education: BBA / MBA (Supply Chain)

Experience: 5- 10 years

Requirements:

  • Source and evaluate suppliers for goods and services.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of items.
  • Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies.
  • Track and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Work with finance to process invoices and payments.
  • Resolve supply issues, delays, or discrepancies.
  • Support budgeting and cost control in procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for goods receipt.
  • Prepare regular procurement reports and summaries.
  • Ensure ethical, legal, and environmentally responsible purchasing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
