Procurement Officer

Procurement & Vendor Management

· Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project and organizational objectives.

· Identify, evaluate, and select vendors/suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.

· Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and long-term agreements for cost efficiency.

· Maintain vendor relationships and resolve disputes related to delivery, pricing, or quality.

BOQ & Material Management

· Review and analyze Bill of Quantities (BOQ) provided by the project/engineering team.

· Validate quantities, specifications, and material requirements in alignment with project scope.

· Prepare material requirement plans based on BOQ and project timelines.

· Compare BOQ with actual site requirements to avoid discrepancies and wastage.

· Liaise with project managers and engineers to update BOQ variations and revisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
