Position - ELV & IT Procurement Officer.

Location - Abu Dhabi

The Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of materials and services required by the company. This role ensures cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery. The officer will liaise with suppliers, coordinate with internal departments, and maintain accurate records using procurement systems such as ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Negotiate terms and prepare purchase orders in line with company requirements.
  • Coordinate with stores, finance, and operations teams to manage inventory and procurement schedules.
  • Track orders, handle delivery issues, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP or inventory systems.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and local regulations (e.g., VAT, audit).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles in UAE.
  • Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CRM).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of local procurement laws and practices (UAE experience is a plus).
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • ELV and IT procurement experience Mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
