Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and services.
• Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support ongoing maintenance projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock updates.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and ensure best-value procurement.
• Review and process invoices and delivery notes for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures and budget controls.
• Coordinate with maintenance supervisors and engineers for accurate material specifications.
• Maintain procurement records and reports for auditing and management review.
