Procurement Officer

What You'll Do

• Manage product and service demand through systematic requisitions, ensuring all prerequisites are met.
• Develop and maintain the supplier database with updated records of strategic suppliers.
• Follow up on pending orders with end-users and ensure timely execution.
• Raise release orders against blanket agreements.
• Review supplier quotations and prepare analysis sheets for committee evaluation.
• Process RFQs through fair and transparent competition to obtain the best offers.
• Administer tenders, negotiations, and bidding processes.
• Order materials and services by generating schedules and fulfilling inquiries.
• Draft and issue purchase orders, agreements, and contracts; request performance bonds and manage PO handover.
• Prepare and submit procurement reports for management.
• Respond to supplier inquiries regarding purchase orders and payment issues.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
