A leading Ready-Mix and Block Factory in Qatar is looking for a Plant Ready-Mix & Workshop Team Leader to oversee machinery repair and heavy vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair of ready-mix and block factory machinery.
• Manage the servicing and repair of heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of all machinery.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Lead and train a team of technicians and mechanics.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in ready-mix and block factory machinery repair and heavy vehicle maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of plant equipment, batching plants, and heavy-duty trucks.
• Leadership experience in a workshop or plant maintenance environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR7,000.00 per month
