Procurement Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day purchasing activities for all F&B raw materials and supplies.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with reliable suppliers across Qatar.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure best procurement value.
• Monitor market trends, product availability, and price fluctuations to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of procured items.
• Maintain an updated database of approved suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth procurement flow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the F&B procurement field in Qatar.
• Strong knowledge of local fresh food suppliers and markets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English , Malayalam and Hindi (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred
