Procurement Officer

• Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and contracts.
• Monitor material delivery to project sites and ensure timely supply.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams.
• Track and control procurement budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of contract management.
