Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, quotation requests, and purchase order creation
• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost efficiency
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards
• Resolve supplier or delivery issues efficiently and professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of supplier management and procurement systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
