JOB DESCRIPTION:
ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive to join our dynamic team. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services in alignment with company policies and objectives.
Duties/Core Responsibilities:

Support the procurement process by preparing and issuing purchase requests and purchase orders.

Maintain and update procurement databases and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Collaborate with internal departments to ascertain procurement needs and specifications.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Participate in cost analysis and market research to identify best sourcing options.

Support the resolution of any procurement discrepancies or issues.
Requirements
Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
Skills and Attributes:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Effective communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
