About the Role

As a Procurement Officer at LINKVIVA, reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that both project and non-project requirements are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with our quality standards. You will be responsible for managing the full procurement lifecycle - from vendor sourcing and negotiations through to purchase orders, documentation, and budget tracking - supporting the successful delivery of our events and operations.

What You'll Do

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential vendors, suppliers, and contractors across event materials and services, building and maintaining a strong supplier database
• Manage vendor registration processes, ensuring verified suppliers are approved through internal systems and management sign-off
• Secure a minimum of 3-5 quotations per requirement, conduct comparisons, and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve the best value while maintaining quality standards
• Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of goods and services
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to monitor procurement budgets, track expenses, and identify cost saving opportunities
• Ensure all procured materials and services meet agency standards, project specifications, and operational requirements
• Build and maintain strong, long term supplier relationships to support future project delivery
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for event materials, reducing wastage and maintaining optimal stock levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor communications

About You

You are detail-oriented and commercially aware, with a structured approach to procurement and a commitment to quality. You thrive in fast paced environments and are confident working across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering preferred)
• 2-3 years of procurement or supply chain experience within the UAE events, fabrication, joinery, or production industry
• Strong negotiation and supplier management experience
• Proficiency in procurement systems and tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
