Hiring: Procurement Officer (E-commerce Marketplaces)

Ecomndev LLC is expanding its team in Karachi! We are seeking a strategic Procurement Officer to oversee our sourcing and supply chain operations for international marketplaces. You will be responsible for finding high-quality products and building long-term relationships with global suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and evaluate international vendors for marketplace-winning products.
• Cost Optimization: Negotiate pricing, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and shipping terms to maximize profit margins.
• Supply Chain Management: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from initial RFQs to final delivery at 3PL or FBA warehouses.
• Inventory Forecasting: Work with sales data to predict stock needs and prevent "Out of Stock" scenarios.
• Vendor Relations: Maintain a database of reliable suppliers and conduct regular performance audits.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year of experience (knowledge of Amazon/Walmart sourcing is a plus).
• Skills: Expert negotiation, data analysis, and advanced MS Excel.
• Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
