Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer with solid experience in interior fit-out projects to manage and oversee all purchasing activities related to materials, subcontractors, and services. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a thorough understanding of the UAE fit-out market and procurement procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, finishes, furniture, and services required for fit-out projects.
• Review project drawings and BOQs to determine material requirements and lead times.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, compare quotations, and prepare commercial comparison sheets for management approval.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and design teams to align procurement schedules with project timelines.
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Maintain and update procurement records, price lists, and supplier databases.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
• Support cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for value engineering.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience in the UAE fit-out/interior contracting industry.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and suppliers related to interior and joinery works.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation, comparison analysis, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar).
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
