Procurement Officer (MEP)

A leading contracting company in the UAE is looking for a Procurement Officer – MEP to join our team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in procurement for MEP projects (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, and purchase order processes.
• Familiarity with MEP materials, equipment specifications, and standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and procuring MEP materials and equipment according to project requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams for material requirements.
• Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and project budgets.
