Procurement Officer - Villas, Residential Tower and High-rise building

We are looking for a highly organized and UAE experienced Procurement Officer to manage procurement activities for our villa and residential tower construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing construction materials, MEP systems, FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and services in a cost-effective and timely manner while ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of procurement experience in construction, preferably in villa and residential tower projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, MEP systems, and finishing items.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BuildSmart).
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of local and international supplier markets.
• Knowledge of construction project timelines and procurement lead times.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with developers or contractors on mid- to large-scale residential projects.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of local procurement regulations and import/export requirements.
