Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Specialist to manage and execute day-to-day procurement activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant purchasing processes. This role will play a key part in supporting business needs through effective purchase order management, invoicing, vendor coordination, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of purchase orders (POs) in SAP, from creation through closure.
• Review, verify, and process invoices in collaboration with Finance to ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Follow up with vendors and internal departments to drive order completion and closure.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records in SAP.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding deliveries, invoicing issues, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
• Generate and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs (e.g., cycle time, order closure rate).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and transparency in procurement processes.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience in procurement operations with strong expertise in purchase order management, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in SAP is a must.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Nice Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
