Procurement Planner

We are looking for a Procurement Planner to join our growing team in Austin, TX.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth distribution and logistics, while also rolling up your sleeves to support other departments whenever needed. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys variety, and is ready to make an impact every single day.

Your responsibilities include:

· Analyzing demand forecasts and optimizing purchase plans to ensure the right stock levels at the right time.

· Placing purchase orders, monitoring confirmations, and ensuring on-time deliveries from suppliers.

· Managing stock control by tracking inventory levels, identifying slow movers, and preventing shortages or overstocks.

· Continuously improving forecast accuracy through data-driven analysis of sales patterns and supplier performance.

· Monitoring KPIs such as stock turns, order accuracy, and supplier reliability to drive supply chain efficiency.

· Coordinating closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, delays, or quality issues quickly.

· Supporting cost optimization initiatives through smart purchasing decisions and supplier negotiations.

Are you the right person?

· You have solid experience in planning and supply chain, and you know how to make decisions in a fast-moving environment.

· You are fluent in English (knowledge of Spanish is a plus).

· You have excellent analytical skills and love diving into data—Excel is your playground.
