The Role

You will manage the full life cycle of procurement for luxury custom furnishings and materials from budgeting through installation. Using Studio Designer software, you will ensure every detail is captured, verified, tracked, and executed flawlessly. Your mastery of process and precision will enable our design team to bring inspired interiors to life with seamless execution and impeccable service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage every phase of the procurement process, from quotations, item proposals and purchase orders to order acknowledgments, payments, delivery coordination, installation management and quality assurance.
  • Serve as the in-house Studio Designer software expert, ensuring all data is accurate, organized, and leveraged for transparency, communication, and efficiency.
  • Partner closely with high-end vendors, artisans, and fabricators to confirm details, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of all custom orders.
  • Verify specifications, finishes, dimensions, and pricing prior to production, maintaining the highest level of quality control.
  • Process and track deposits, progress payments, and final invoices with precision and accountability.
  • Coordinate shipping, warehousing, white-glove delivery, and installation logistics with clear communication and attention to timing.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, propose solutions, and maintain professionalism and positivity under pressure.
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide clear, consistent updates and ensure procurement runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Note : Additional responsibilities and special projects may be assigned to support the evolving needs of the firm.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing coordination, or project administration, preferably in luxury interior design or architecture.
  • Advanced proficiency in Studio Designer software is preferred.
  • Strong skills in Excel, digital organization tools, and data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with custom furniture, materials, and production processes is a strong plus.
