PROCUREMENT / PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement / Purchase Execu ve with a background in Building Construc on and Tex le industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, nego a ng, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services necessary for ongoing projects, ensuring cost-effec veness, mely delivery, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilies:
1. Procurement & Vendor Management Idenfy and evaluate reliable suppliers for construc on materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) and textile raw materials (fabrics, threads, dyes, etc.) Obtain quotes, nego ate prices, and finalize purchase orders with vendors. Maintain a qualified supplier database and build strong vendor rela onships. Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
2. Purchase Order Management
Process purchases requisi ons from project/site engineers and produc on teams.
Issue purchase orders in line with company policy and nego ated terms.
Track and ensure mely delivery of materials to construc on sites or produc on units.
3. Cost Control & Budgeting
Ensure all purchases are within the allocated project or producre on budgets.
Monitor market trends for cost-effective sourcing options.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
