Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source suppliers and request quotations (RFQs)

Compare prices, quality, and delivery schedules

Negotiate contracts and payment terms

Create purchase orders (POs)

Follow up on deliveries and shipment status

Maintain inventory and stock levels

Coordinate with warehouse, finance, and project teams

Build relationships with local and international vendors

Ensure procurement follows company policies

Prepare procurement reports and cost analyses

Handle import/export documentation when required

Monitor market prices and supplier performance
