Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement QC Supervisor with strong experience in vendor inspections, procurement quality coordination, and materials control within large-scale oil & gas or industrial projects. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in quality assurance, inspection planning, documentation, and vendor coordination for both in-kingdom (IK) and out-of-kingdom (OOK) suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all vendor inspection activities, including Third Party Inspections (TPI), inspection notifications, and interfacing with vendor QA/QC teams.
• Prepare and review Inspection Assignment Packages (IAP) and ensure alignment with client and project-specific technical and quality requirements.
• Conduct technical review of Material Requisitions (MRs) to ensure compliance with project specifications, datasheets, and applicable international standards.
• Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Material Requirements (NMRs), and other vendor-submitted quality documents.
• Attend vendor pre-fabrication and pre-inspection meetings to ensure understanding of technical, QA/QC, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain and update inspection logs, reports, release notes, and ensure traceability of all inspection and test documentation.
• Oversee the EPM Contractor Portal for timely submission and tracking of inspection activities and documentation.
• Verify vendor and sub-vendor procedures and personnel qualifications per Saudi Aramco or equivalent client standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal procurement, expediting, and warehouse teams to ensure material readiness and documentation completeness upon delivery.
• Support QA/QC departments with inspection records management and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certified (Latest).
• Minimum 8+ years experience in vendor inspection, procurement QC, or quality engineering roles in the Construction / EPC sector.
• Solid experience with Saudi Aramco projects and requirements.
• Familiarity with EPM Portal , MR review, ITP preparation, and vendor coordination.
• Strong documentation, communication, and technical report writing skills.
• Capable of working in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments with diverse project stakeholders.

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience in large EPC projects such as AMIRAL HDPE & Logistics Area , JNGLF C3/C4 Refrigeration Units , and Western Region MGS Pipelines .
• Experience in both in-kingdom (IK) and out-of-kingdom (OOK) vendor inspections.
