Procurement Runner

Infinity Box is a fast-growing circular company enabling sustainable kitchenware solutions through rentals and procurement.

We are looking for an Procurement Runner who can efficiently manage last-mile coordination, vendor communication, and timely delivery execution. If you're fluent in Kannada and comfortable working with vendors and logistics, this role is for you.

Role Details

Location: Bangalore Experience: Fresher – 2 Year

Salary: 25,000 – 28,000 per month

Languages: Kannada (Fluent), English , Hindi(Basic)

Skills: Basic Excel, Vendor Coordination, Negotiation

Key Responsibilities

• Process and execute customer orders as per confirmed scope and timelines.

• Coordinate with city leads, vendors, and logistics partners for pickups, dispatches, deliveries & POD collection.

• Track order status end-to-end to ensure timely fulfilment and resolve delays proactively.

• Maintain accurate records including Delivery Challans, tracking sheets, and fulfilment reports.

• Ensure proper condition of items during dispatch and return; record damages, losses & reconciliation.

• Manage rental inventory lifecycle — shipment, usage, return, asset tracking, and reconciliation post-event.

• Communicate order updates, issues, or changes to internal teams in real time.

• Collaborate with sales & customer service teams to prioritise urgent orders.

• Adhere to SLAs, operational SOPs, safety, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Kannada with basic English communication

• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working on-ground

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors simultaneously

• Strong ownership and accountability towards timeline.
