HONOR is looking for a Procurement specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement for retail experience store construction projects.
• Source and purchase offline promotional materials and supplies for retail stores.
• Coordinate procurement for offline marketing events and activities.
• Oversee project acceptance processes, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Track and follow up on payment progress with vendors and internal finance teams.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and cost control.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in procurement, preferably in retail or marketing project environments.
• Familiarity with cost structure analysis of relevant categories and strong negotiation skills.- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is preferred.
