Procurement Specialist

Raynas Infra and Geomatics is looking for a Procurement Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing purchases, dealing with vendors, and ensuring the timely supply of materials for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and select reliable suppliers for materials and services.
• Filling E-tenders on GOVT Portals
• Collect quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with the site and inventory team for material requirements.
• Track deliveries and follow up with vendors for timely supply.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details.
• Prepare daily and monthly procurement reports.
• Ensure purchases comply with company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement (construction or infrastructure industry preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchasing software
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up
