Procurement Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in relevant departments,
• Min. 5 years of experience as Procurement Specialist or in a similar procurement role in the construction industry, preferably in Energy projects,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, enthusiastic, self motivated, positive and energetic.
• No restriction to travel and stay abroad.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions,
• Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements,
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns,
• Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings,
• Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies,
• Coordinate with engineering for evaluations of vendor/technical quotes.
