Procurement Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• At least 3-4 years of experience,
• Experience in project management,
• Excellent command in English in both written & spoken,
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications,
• Must be able to build relationships with people across the business (internally & externally).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop strong and effective process aligned with company needs,
• Develop strong relationship with suppliers & improve their service along with market abilities,
• Follow up markets price trends and report best pricing estimate for annual planning and business,
• Following and analyzing the market trends and align with portfolio teams on the strategy and further requirements from supplier,
• Closely follow up market movements to capture advantages on market with changed cover periods,
• Develop sustainability strategy with suppliers and support building global portfolio road map,
• Continuously explore and analyze saving opportunities to generate sustainable savings,
• Building and leading whole infrastructure for successful negotiation with supplier,
• Verifying supplier compliance, audits required date as integral part of negotiation,
• Develop cost models with suppliers to enable cover transparency,
• Set skilled negotiation with supplier in order to gain saving and create positive impact for business,
• Manage end-to-end processes for all countries within the Alshaya Eurasia region.
