Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

Manage procurement activities for office and workspace fit-out projects, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, quality materials, and timely delivery aligned with project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full procurement cycle: RFQs, sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing
• Source suppliers for office fit-out materials (joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, MEP, furniture)
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with project managers and designers to meet workspace project requirements
• Ensure on-time delivery to support fast-track office fit-out projects
• Maintain supplier database and monitor UAE market trends
• Prepare cost comparisons, reports, and procurement documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in office/workspace fit-out or construction procurement
• Strong knowledge of office fit-out materials and UAE supplier market
• Proven negotiation and cost control skills
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred

• Experience in corporate office or commercial workspace projects
• Established network of UAE-based suppliers and subcontractors
• Knowledge of contract terms (e.g., FIDIC)
• Proficiency in MS Office

This is a full-time, office-based position.
