We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities for our maintenance, construction, and fit-out projects. The role involves sourcing materials and services, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure materials, equipment, and subcontract services.

Obtain and evaluate quotations to ensure best value and quality.

Prepare and process LPOs and maintain procurement records.

Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain and update approved supplier and pricing databases.

Monitor material availability, lead times, and stock levels.

Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and project requirements.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Procurement Specialist in maintenance, construction, or fit-out companies.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of local suppliers and construction materials.

Proficient in MS Office and procurement documentation.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.

Well-organized with strong follow-up and cost-control skills.
