Procurement Specialist/Sr. Procurement Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Procurement Specialist/Procurement Specialist is expected to work in the Procurement Department of Arkas Holding Port and Terminal Services Group located at Marport Terminal Operators in Beylikduzu/Istanbul.

• Organize demands of customers accordance with procurement procedure of company
• Follow contracts renewal processes and seasonal procurement processes
• Research alternative suppliers through conducting meetings and making a field visit
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality assurance
• Monitoring supplier performance and reporting any issues or discrepancies
• Prepare contracts of goods and services with relevant departments and follow approval process
• Carry out procurement contracts on SAP SRM module, follow pricing changes of goods and services

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Advanced Level of MS Office Programs is required
• Have an experience on SAP-SRM/MM mod
• Min 5 years of experience in procurement preferably have a knowledge about construction and technical purchasing,
• Have a class B driver license
• Completed Military Obligation for male candidates
