Procurement & Store In-Charge – Oil & Gas / ADNOC Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Store Keeper to handle both purchasing and store operations for our technical materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oil & gas or EPC industries with prior exposure to ADNOC projects.

This dual-role position involves sourcing and purchasing materials, managing supplier relationships, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring compliance with ADNOC and company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Duties:

· Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers for materials and equipment.

· Request and review quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.

· Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules.

· Maintain and update the approved vendor list in compliance with ADNOC and company requirements.

· Track and manage purchase requisitions from request to delivery.

· Liaise with project teams to ensure procurement aligns with project needs and specifications.

Store Management Duties

· Oversee daily store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and records.

· Receive and inspect incoming materials, verifying them against purchase orders and specifications.

· Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and related documentation.

· Schedule deliveries and coordinate with ADNOC and other clients for material handovers.

· Maintain proper storage conditions and implement HSE compliance standards.

· Update ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) for inventory and procurement tracking.

· Coordinate issuance and returns of materials with project and procurement teams.

Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement and store-keeping within oil & gas, EPC, or similar industries.

· Proven experience with ADNOC projects is highly preferred.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for both procurement and inventory management.

· Excellent knowledge of GRN documentation and ADNOC delivery processes.

· Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure with attention to detail.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related field preferred.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
