JOB OBJECTIVE


The Admin (HVAC) will be at the center of a fast-paced HVAC Service Division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to details with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently based on urgency and deadlines.


REQUIREMENTS


Core Responsibilities / Requirements:
    • Must have 2+ years of procurement, expediting and software experience. Service related experience is a plus!
    • Must have above average knowledge and proficiency with computers and programs such as: Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and Google Workspace.
    • Learning and utilizing our CMMS Work Order System.
    • Process client PO’s, new job creation and work orders.
    • Sourcing, procuring, and documenting vendor records; following up w/ suppliers to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Assist with calendar management for the HVAC Teams.
    • Requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks and maintaining records.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Self-motivated and able to use sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks independently.
    • Other duties as assigned by HVAC Service Manager.
    • Handle all confidential information in a professional manner
    • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing; internally {Norrell Teams} and Externally {Clients}. Debriefing with technicians after each Emergency call out.
    • Gathers supplier proposals from field techs &/Or suppliers for estimating purposes. Will work closely with Services Manager and Estimator to ensure expedited client proposals are provided.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to pass drug and background screening


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting, and lifting.
  • Will talk and hear to communicate.
  • Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools.
  • May be required to pick up, lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
  • Will work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and may occasionally work off platforms/ scaffolding using appropriate fall protection requirements.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to hard hat, safety glasses/spoggles, ear plugs, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, leather gloves and leather steel-toed work boots.
