Produce Clerk

This is a full-time position – must be available between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm days, nights, week ends & holidays

Must have working knowledge of all perishable product, know how to merchandise, prepare, rotate, recondition and trim product

Control freshness

Unloads product from truck, stages stock in back room/cooler, trims, packages weighs, wraps & merchandises fresh product-stocks product on shelves

Operates stock dollies, hydraulic balers, weighing and price labeling machine, case cutters and ordering equipment

Lifts/stacks up to 60 pounds and reaches/stocks product on shelves up to 6 feet high

Periodically makes freshness checks, reconditions product and uses knives

Communicates with and gives direction to customers and employees

Works in cooler

Salary based on experience

Other duties as assigned by Management

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
