The Role and What You’ll Do:
The Producer oversees all aspects of live UFC event production, leading studio programming and in-arena fight coverage across broadcast and digital platforms while managing creative execution, technical coordination, and real-time storytelling for seamless live event delivery.
Line producer of UFC studio & remote desk shows and shoulder programming complementary to live events such as pre/post shows, weigh-in shows, and other assets, both live and taped.
Coordinates with UFC staff producers, editors, and graphic artists to produce high quality UFC programming that is entertaining, informative, and promotional.
Works with producers, videographers, and crews to conceptualize feature content for live event broadcasts.
Provides guidance and quality assurance on the delivery of broadcast assets.
Works closely with on-air talent in the direction of live broadcasts.
Assists in the development and production of new show segments and shoulder programing
Works within strict deadlines on distribution of formats/rundowns.
Researches subjects and storylines to produce informative and compelling content.
Writes scripts for show opens, teases, features, and promotional spots.
Communicates production and programming schedules to various marketing contacts within the company to devise proper promotional support.
Ensures proper production support and resolves production issues as they arise.

You Have These:
Bachelor’s degree.
7+ years television production experience.
5+ years producing experience in studio or remote environments
3+ years demonstrated writing experience.
Very high level of creativity.
Strong knowledge of production equipment and post-production applications.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Flexible and responsive to evolving and changing objectives.
Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Emphasizes strong communication across all projects.
Motivated leader with the ability to work within a team or independently.
Ability to travel frequently.
Comfortable with a non-conventional 9-5/M-F schedule with regular weekend work.
Deep knowledge of MMA & UFC desired.
