Producer Admin - Tagalog

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, for a Producer Admin fluent in Tagalog. The Producer Admin will manage administrative tasks related to content production, coordinate schedules, liaise with clients and influencers, and handle documentation. Responsibilities may also include organizing meetings, streamlining workflows, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. This role requires a highly organized individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tagalog and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Administrative skills including scheduling, documentation, and organizational abilities.
• Project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic technical or software proficiency related to content creation and production tools.
• Prior experience in media, content production, or influencer management is an advantage.
