Role Description for Product Analyst (CRM):

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving product growth through data-driven insights and strategies. You will own the complete product lifecycle, optimize CRM campaigns, and focus on user retention, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Analytics: Analyze the end-to-end product lifecycle, identifying growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
• CRM Campaigns: Work extensively on CRM tools such as Clevertap and MoEngage to design, execute, and analyze SMS, push notifications, email campaigns, and other user engagement strategies.
• User Retention: Drive repeat usage and improve retention rates by developing actionable insights and implementing data-backed strategies.
• Revenue Growth: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize features, campaigns, and user journeys to drive revenue growth.
• Data Insights: Develop dashboards, reports, and models to monitor product and user metrics, enabling proactive decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate insights into impactful product initiatives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in product analytics, ideally within a digital-first or consumer-focused organization.
• Expertise in CRM tools like Clevertap, MoEngage, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SMS, push notifications, and email campaigns, including their impact on user engagement and retention.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and growth metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

Good to Have

• Educational background from Tier 1 institutions.
• Prior experience in CRM-driven product growth strategies.
