About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Product Analyst with a Mechanical Engineering background and 1–2 years of experience in a product-based or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing product performance, supporting product development, improving processes, and providing insights to optimize manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
• Analyze product performance metrics, production data, and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Support the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Assist in the development of product specifications and documentation.
• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality enhancement.
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making related to product design, costing, and process improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for product issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs related to product quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing technologies relevant to mechanical products.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1–2 years of experience in a product analyst or similar role in a product-based or manufacturing company.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical product development.
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, and product lifecycle management (PLM) software.
• Basic knowledge of CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
