Product Analyst - People & Culture and New Business

We are looking for a skilled and business-oriented People & Culture and New Business Product Analyst to partner with Product Managers, Technical Teams, and Business Stakeholders and translate strategic business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
The role is focused on People & Culture and New Business commercial analytics, ensuring sustainable product delivery, strong adoption, and measurable business value. You will play a vital role across the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and documentation to testing, release, adoption, and continuous improvement.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business & Technical Analysis
  • Analyze and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for reporting and analytics solutions, provide input to effort estimation and solution feasibility.
  • Ensure alignment in People & Culture and New Business objectives with technical capabilities.
  • Support simplification and standardization of processes together with the Product Manager and Solution Architect.

People & Culture
  • Support workforce analytics initiatives including performance, engagement, headcount and talent analytics.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance in People & Culture reporting.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to improve adoption and data-driven decision making.

New Business - Commercial Focus
  • Support development of reporting and analytics solutions for New Business initiatives, commercial performance, and market expansion.
  • Identify insights opportunities to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Provide proactive recommendations for sustainable improvements and addressing performance and usability gaps, regulary analyse countries and end-users feedback

Product & Delivery Management
  • Collaborate with Product Manager, Architects and Technical Leads to manage and prioritize the product backlog, assess User Story delivery as part of the Visual Analytics DevOps Team.
  • Participate in cross-stream and cross-functional discussions to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Support solution lifecycle management, including synchronization with dependent services and platforms.

Data, Security & UX Governance
  • Identify and assess needed Role Level Security requests in alignment with Developers and Access and Risk Control team
  • Align UI/UX aspects with experts/vendors and business stakeholders; plan A/B testing where applicable.
  • Proactively identify performance and usability gaps, regularly analyze feedback from countries and end users and propose sustainable improvements.

Adoption & Enablement
  • Support testing, validation, and product release processes.
  • Deliver training and guidance to business users when required.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on existing and future reporting capabilities.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
  • University degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related).
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in Commercial and/or HR domains.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SAP BW and SQL
  • Ability to capture business requirements, analyze, assess and provide guidance on potential technical solutions.
  • Experience in working together with developers providing solutions to business requests
  • Leading or supporting complex Projects related to consumer and/or customer facing Solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile/Scaled Agile and DevOps delivery models.
  • Strong FMCG industry-specific solutions knowledge and business experience in
  • Commercial area
  • Any certification related to SAP BW, PBI reporting or SAFe Agile will be considered as advantage
  • Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • English proficiency
