To lead the entire function from product sourcing to marketing.
Managing the three segments of Product Development, Product Management and Product Marketing.
This leadership role collaborates with Operation, Sales, and Marketing
To identify customer’s needs and build strategic sourcing, Inventory management, product launch plans and creative marketing. This includes managing timelines, identifying and vetting suppliers who meet quality standards and in negotiating prices.
Key contributions – Gross Profit, Quality Assurance, Inventory Days, Brand equity, on time product launch and Revenue Target.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Development
- Research market competitors to determine most compelling product specifications, new trends, new packaging and competitive pricing ideas
- Visualize upcoming trends and new product potentials to market and introduce most demanding products with creative packaging.
- Develop pricing / MOQs scenario to ensure highest gross profit and lowest inventory
- Create and maintain library of accurate product specification documents and tracking system accessible to stakeholders and in line with local authorities
- Monitor product quality and ensure the standard at defined and approved specs.
- Collaborate with key stake holders, (whole sales, retail, ecommerce team, marketing and design) in determining product launch plans and product ranges.
Product Management:
- Supervision of Product storage and inventory management systems (FIFO)
- Manage the product cost and work with finance on the profitability structure
- Manage sales price list and constant review based on the market intelligence and special orders
- Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
- Facilitates inventory turnover and product availability by reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and sourcing schedules.
- Constant upkeep on inventory days and procurement plans by considering the sales forecast and actuals.
Product Marketing
- Leads innovative marketing ideas by identifying potential customer taste
- Manage the brand equity in each product range and guarantee the product limelight
- Design and develop attractive marketing activities to ensure the brand visibility and sales forecast
- Measure marketing program effectiveness and guarantee ROI
- Good command over Digital and social media marketing
- Good idea about product strategy, product demonstration techniques,
- Marketing budget management

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Experience in product and brand development

- Must have worked in a similar environment/industry
QUALIFICATIONS • Business or Marketing related degree
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
- Knowledge of the current hair and beauty market and trends
- Written and communication skills
- Competency in MS Office and Data Analytics and management Software
- Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central)
PERSONAL BEHAVIOURS
- Ability to build and retain relationships with key stakeholders

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
