Product Assembly Engineer/ Technician

About Us:

We are a technology company developing innovative EEG-based wearable devices for research and consumer applications. Our flagship product is an 8-channel EEG headset, currently moving into full-scale production. We are looking for detail-oriented and skilled assembly Engineer/ technicians to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble EEG devices and sub-assemblies (PCBs, electrodes, casings, wiring, connectors, sensors, etc.) according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform soldering, crimping, wiring, and mechanical assembly of electronic and plastic components.
• Conduct basic functional tests and quality checks on assembled products.
• Maintain accuracy in following work instructions, assembly drawings, and BOMs.
• Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues during assembly.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. / B.Tech. (Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in electronics product assembly, medical devices, or consumer electronics (freshers with strong skills can also apply).
• Good knowledge of soldering (through-hole & SMD preferred), wiring, and handling PCBs.
• Ability to read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Basic understanding of electronics and testing equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope – added advantage).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
