Production Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. The selected candidate will assist in managing production processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting overall shop floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.

● Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

● Support the implementation of production schedules and deadlines.

● Coordinate with design and quality control teams to resolve technical issues.

● Maintain production records and report on operational performance.

● Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

● Assist in improving processes to reduce waste and enhance productivity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
