We're looking for a Content Manager to join our Commercial Content team in Kuwait — someone who thrives at the crossroads of operations, data, and team leadership. You'll be the engine behind large-scale catalog operations, bridging strategy and day-to-day execution to keep our marketplace content running smoothly, accurately, and at scale.
🛠 What You'll Get Your Hands On
- Own end-to-end content operations — from onboarding and catalog updates to promotions, approvals, and operational requests
- Lead and guide team leads and agents to hit productivity targets, SLA goals, and quality benchmarks
- Monitor key operational KPIs and build reporting frameworks covering productivity, QA performance, and operational trends
- Drive quality governance through audits, scorecards, and continuous improvement to sharpen catalog accuracy and customer experience
- Partner with Commercial, Sales, Product, and Support teams to keep execution aligned with business goals
- Spearhead automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual work and scale operations
- Support workforce planning through forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization optimization

Act as deputy to the Head of Food & Product Information, stepping in to ensure leadership continuity when needed
- 5+ years of experience in content operations, catalog management, or e-commerce operations
- Proven track record leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced operational environments
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in Excel or Google Sheets
- A process-oriented mindset with a sharp eye for SLA management and workflow optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, or operational dashboard development
- Exposure to automation projects, workflow redesign, or operational scaling initiatives

Certifications in operations management, data analytics, or e-commerce
