We are looking for a Product Content Specialist who understands how traders and investors use a platform. The role focuses on making product features easy to understand, easy to use, and consistent across the app, web, and support surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own a stream in Product Content. Create and maintain in-app product content.
• Own support FAQs and support articles that reduce confusion and support tickets.
• Write product announcements and blogs. Create product walkthroughs and tutorials.
• Structure content using a What, Why, How approach.
• Translate product behaviour into clear user-facing explanations.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Support teams.
• Identify areas where users get confused and fix them through better content.
• Maintain consistency across app, web, and support documentation.
• Write from a trader or investor perspective, not like a copywriter.
• Question unclear product logic instead of polishing vague messaging.
  
  

Requirements

• Good understanding of FYERS products and offerings.
• Trading and investing context is a plus or ability to learn quickly.
• Strong written communication with a bias toward clarity.
• Structured thinking and ability to explain step by step.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams.
