• You work with established guidelines and can offer thoughtful recommendations for improvements based on multiple information sources.
• You are comfortable working with moderate guidance from your manager.

You will

Guide requirement analysis & solution exploration

• Guide the requirement analysis of new Change Requests (CRs) and collaborate with developers to provide feasible estimates.
• Coordinate and carry out analysis for complex business needs, ensuring solutions align with product goals.
• Offer clear assessments for upcoming CRs, presenting practical and well‑structured solution options.
• Review specifications for more complex solutions and provide input on test strategies and process improvements.

Perform functional analysis & documentation

• Carry out and coordinate functional analysis for significant changes across teams.
• Produce clear and well‑structured functional documentation for changes of any size, following established guidelines.
• Contribute to documentation reviews within your area.

Develop collaborative stakeholder relationships

• Work closely with Product Management, Project Management, and Amadeus customers to ensure shared understanding and smooth delivery.

Support initiatives & team development

• Encourage idea generation through regular brainstorming sessions.
• Support the development of an effective team structure and help strengthen the functional knowledge of team members through mentorship.
