Job Title
We’re looking for a Product Definition Analyst to join our expanding R&D team in Bangalore. You’ll play a key role in shaping the evolution of Altea components by analyzing business needs, coordinating with global teams, and supporting product development across the SAFe Train. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, agile environment with teams across multiple geographies and functions.
Analyze and own business requirements, coordinating with developers and stakeholders to assess feasibility, risks, and impacts.
Manage the complete functional scope of projects, including creating and reviewing functional specifications and supporting testing strategies.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement.
Support product promotion through documentation, demos, and customer engagement during key events and launches.
9+ years of professional experience, with strong skills in business analysis and product definition.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Word), UML, XML, and technical writing.
Hands-on experience with documentation and analysis techniques including:
Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
Business Requirements Document (BRD)
Functional Requirement Specification (FRS)
Requirements Understanding Document (RUD)
Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Use cases, user stories, wireframes, specifications
Requirement gathering, gap analysis, test cases, testing, and review
Prior experience in the travel domain or with Amadeus products is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, data analysis, and agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).
