This summer, we’re inviting curious, creative students to join our Product Development team for an immersive internship experience at our Santa Fe Springs, CA production facility.

If you’re interested in product design, materials, furniture, or the innovation process behind great products, this is a chance to gain hands-on experience inside a design-led company.

What You’ll Experience

During this 8 week internship, you’ll work alongside our Product Development team and gain real-world exposure to how products move from concept to completion.

You will:

• Collaborate with our design and product teams on active development projects
• Contribute ideas and solutions to real product challenges
• Build presentation and communication skills while sharing your work
• Gain insight into the furniture and design industry
• Experience how departments like design, production, and operations collaborate
• Work on seasonal projects and present your work at the end of the program
• Visit our inspiring showrooms and see how our products come to life in beautiful environments
• Expand your creative problem-solving and design thinking skills

This internship is designed to give students hands-on experience, mentorship, and meaningful exposure to the product development process.

Internship Details

• Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
• Duration: 8 weeks (Summer)
• Schedule: 22–24 hours per week
• Compensation: $20/hour
• School credit available
