Key Accountabilities:
Core:

Analyze product briefs to create innovative product designs, packaging concepts, and creative artwork.

Design product packaging, including gift boxes and labels, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and manufacturability criteria.

Develop and refine packaging artwork, including patterns, product labels, and fonts, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand.

Design realistic CGI visuals based on product design concepts, giving a clear visual representation of the final product and packaging.

Create innovative and functional display stands that are aligned with brand aesthetics, ensuring effective presentation of new products.

Ensure all designs are error free and comply with brand guidelines, implementing revisions and updates as necessary.

Expedite design processes and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines.

Stay up to date on market trends and design innovations, applying fresh ideas and design techniques to enhance product and packaging aesthetics.

Continuously improve and upgrade existing product designs and packaging to maintain relevance in the market.

Document daily progress, provide design status updates, and ensure timely completion of design projects.
Education:
-
Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Experience:

3-6 years of Proven experience in working with product and packaging design.

Strong portfolio showcasing design skills in packaging, product visuals, and design prototypes.
Skills:

Strong creative and conceptual skills, with an eye for detail and innovation.

Proficiency in design software such as 3D design softwares, Adobe Creative Suite, and CAD tools.

Experience with creating CGI visuals and 3D product models.

Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
