The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that bring the Al Ahli Club brand to life across multiple platforms. The role supports the club’s marketing, partnership, and commercial initiatives by delivering high-quality digital and print materials. This includes brand campaigns, social media assets, sponsorship activations, retail merchandising, and event collateral. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with technical expertise to ensure that all designs align with the club’s brand identity and resonate with fans, partners, and stakeholders.


Responsibilities


1. Creative Design & Branding

  • Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations, retail merchandising, and fan engagement.
  • Create visually appealing digital content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and mobile platforms.
  • Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, matchday programs, and event branding.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints in alignment with the club’s brand identity.


2. Digital & Multimedia Content

  • Produce motion graphics, animations, and short-form video content to support digital storytelling.
  • Adapt creative assets for different formats and platforms, ensuring optimization and engagement.
  • Support live content creation for events, matches, and special activations.


3. Sponsorship & Partnership Activation

  • Develop co-branded creative assets that meet both the club’s and partners’ brand requirements.
  • Support sponsorship activations by designing tailored campaign materials for partners.
  • Deliver high-quality visuals for partnership reports and presentations.
  • Ensure all partner rights and activations are visually executed to the highest standards.


4. Process & Delivery

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on design trends, sports marketing best practices, and fan engagement innovations.
  • Maintain an organized library of creative assets and templates for efficient reuse.


5. Events & Campaign Support

  • Design creative concepts and materials for club events, press conferences, and fan activations.
  • Provide on-site design support during events and matchdays as required.
  • Ensure timely delivery of event branding and signage materials.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in sports, entertainment, media, or an agency environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering creative assets for both digital and prints platforms.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work
